Campbell County Republican Candidate Forum Recap 2026
The Campbell County Republican Party recently hosted a Candidate Forum, giving voters an opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for a variety of local and federal offices ahead of the upcoming election. The event featured a series of moderated discussions, allowing each candidate to introduce themselves, outline their priorities, and respond to questions on issues impacting the community.

Voters heard from candidates in several key races, including County Commissioner candidates Dave Fischer and Brian Painter, County Constable candidates Sean Donelan and Ken Warden, and County Coroner candidates Derek Myersand Mark Schweitzer. The forum also included the race for County Jailer, with Ryan Grosser and Brian Jennings, as well as the Judge Executive race featuring Andy Schabell and Steve Pendery.
In addition to local races, the forum included Mark Hart, candidate for Kentucky House District 78, and Thomas Massie, candidate for U.S. House District 4, who shared their perspectives on state and national issues.
The forum served as a valuable opportunity for residents to compare candidates side-by-side and better understand their positions on public safety, infrastructure, economic development, and other priorities for Campbell County and beyond.
